How Dues are Used

The Villages of Gahanna Homeowners Association is very diligent and frugal when it comes to spending association money. Board members are volunteers, and we request volunteer assistance whenever possible. At times, however, when volunteers are not forthcoming, we contract out certain tasks.

Below is a list of projects that are partially or wholly funded with association dues:

  • Neighborhood entrance maintenance and upkeep
  • Annual Garage Sale Promotion
  • VOGHA website maintenance
  • Community Newsletters
  • A Welcome Committee for new neighbors moving into the neighborhood (volunteers needed)
